Shipping/Delivery Policy:

within Pune basis, after that we open all over India, Please note, there are
restrictions on some products and places, where shipping is not possible.
2. Delivery within Pane is
Very Reasonable cost Only PCMC / PMC Area.(Above 2000/- Billing Amount).
3. CASH ON DELIVERY or
NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/NET BANKING/PAYTM Payment Methods are available.
4. Delivery charges for
regions other than Pune will be as per actual and the same will
be displayed during the time of purchase.
5. We deliver Same Day
within Pune across 20km. to our store location. And for all other locations it
will be Next working days.
6. In the unlikely event
that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the
order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you
an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against
the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have
made the payment.
7. To ensure safe and fast
delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners or our
shipment Department.
8. Tracking code will be
mailed to you, once your product is shipped.
9. We ship from Monday to
Saturday excluding public holidays.
10. If you feel that the
packing is tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the
package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference
number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement
delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Cancelation/ Return Policy:
1. No cancellation once the
product is shipped.
2. We can cancel your order
before it get shipped and provide you 100% Store Credit Coupon.

be used in your next purchase.

before the product gets processed, you can choose to have the entire amount
refunded.
5. The possibilities to
cancel the order when the payment is made is less, you can contact Customer

However, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped by

8. In case of receipt of
damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Service
team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and
determined the same. This should be reported within 48 Hours of receipt of the

product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent
back along with original box and invoice within 2 business days.

Refund Policy:
1. We will refund the money
the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking,
we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are
processed in less than 5 working days and credit would happen in 3 to 5 working
days.
3. In case of complaints
regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer

Replacement Policy:
1. If you have received a
damaged item or it does not match the description provided by us, you can
return it and get a replacement without extra cost.
