Delivery Information

        Shipping/Delivery Policy:

1.      We ship too currently within Pune basis, after that we open all over India, Please note, there are restrictions on some products and places, where shipping is not possible.

2.      Delivery within Pane is Very Reasonable cost Only PCMC / PMC Area.(Above 2000/- Billing Amount).

3.      CASH ON DELIVERY or NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/NET BANKING/PAYTM Payment Methods are available.

4.      Delivery charges for regions other than Pune will be as per actual and the same will be displayed during the time of purchase.

5.      We deliver Same Day within Pune across 20km. to our store location. And for all other locations it will be Next working days.

6.      In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.

7.      To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners or our shipment Department.

8.      Tracking code will be mailed to you, once your product is shipped.

9.      We ship from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.

10.    If you feel that the packing is tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

11.    All products will be shipped with the original invoice mentioning the price inclusive of GST

         Cancelation/ Return Policy:

1.      No cancellation once the product is shipped.

2.      We can cancel your order before it get shipped and provide you 100% Store Credit Coupon.

3.      Store Credit Coupon can be used in your next purchase.

4.      If you cancel your order before the product gets processed, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded.

5.      The possibilities to cancel the order when the payment is made is less, you can contact Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number for assistance.

6.      Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order. However, cancellation is possible only if the product has not been shipped by us.

7.      Cancellation is not possible for the orders obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali,Holi,Govt.Holidays etc. These are limited period offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

8.      In case of receipt of damaged or defective product, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same. This should be reported within 48 Hours of receipt of the product.

9.      Please note that the product should be unused and tags should not be removed and it should be sent back along with original box and invoice within 2 business days.

         Refund Policy:

1.      We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.

2.      The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Typically refunds are processed in less than 5 working days and credit would happen in 3 to 5 working days.

3.      In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

         Replacement Policy:

1.      If you have received a damaged item or it does not match the description provided by us, you can return it and get a replacement without extra cost.

2.      1The 30days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.

3.      The product replacement shall be done without any extra charges keep the following things in mind before sending the product for replacement. Products has to be unused and in their original condition with all accessories and packaging included in the product when delivered

4.      We don’t accept returning of products without original packaging or without inclusive of all items originally delivered along with the products.

5.      Customers should notify any damage or defect within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the products. Max Innovation wont reserves the right to accept or reject such request.
